I see emotionally dead people. They're everywhere. They don't know that they're emotionally dead.
I recognize them because I used to be one of them.
It's our emotional deadness that prevents us from living our passion, from living out loud and in full color.
We numb out through alcohol, food, television and endless activity in an effort to continue to avoid our emotions, to remain emotionally dead.
It doesn't have to be that way. In feeling our emotions lies our salvation.
Wake up. Feel.
I can help you.
It's not for the faint of heart. Are you willing to go there?
